Designed to give actors usable material for reels while building confidence and accuracy in the accent.
WORKSHOP BRIEF
Dropbox link for scene selection is provided on receipt of payment.
Select 1 x TVC script and 1 x Film/TV scene as preparation. Alternate hard copies of scenes provided on the day too.
Some students arrive prepared and we capture strong showreel material. Returning students are welcome to continue working on previous scenes.
Bring your own SD Card for recordings of takes (minimum 16GB, compatible with 4K cameras)
Refunds can be offered prior to 48 hours of workshop otherwise transfer to a new workshop or private coaching is preferred.
PARENTS BRIEF
Parents are invited to attend the first 30 minutes for industry insights.
Parents are invited to return for the last 30 minutes for creative ways to support your child with auditions and self-taping at home.
Children are welcome to bring snacks. We schedule designated breaks and eat outside the studio area (lounge/kitchen).
Parents and students are encouraged to look through the Dropbox folder and run through a few scenes - with the goal of choosing ONE TVC and ONE Film/TV scene to bring to the workshop. Children can prepare this scene prior to workshop or can be assisted to learn a script on the day. The workshop also caters for students to NOT have prepared a scene too if they require more assistance.
The studio is private and remains locked during sessions. All adults present hold valid WWCC.
